The goal is to find the car, and to refill the health you can eat the canned foods or your own corpse but be careful to not fill up the insanity bar too much. Balance between it and find the car. Q can be pressed to unlock your car, the sound might help you to find it.

CONTROLS

4. SPACE to jump
5. Q to unlock your car (makes a sound)

Story - 

You are stranded in a forest, by a devil, far from your car. The objective is to find your car and drive away, but with a twist.

Your health decreases as you walk

But you can consume your own body to get some health and some canned food lying around

Your Insanity bar above a certain limit will be harmful

So be careful and consume your corpse with a limit.
